Cat A rose $2,000 to $58,501, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $1,697 to $83,700, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $4,489 to $84,590, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $2,478 to $53,989, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $104 to $1,896.
