Cat A rose $3,049 to $67,749, its highest since November 2014 Round 2. Cat B rose $4,723 to $76,612. Cat E rose $5,900 to $78,000, its highest since April 2014 Round 1. Cat C rose $4,002 to $64,001, its highest since November 2014 Round 2. Cat D rose $702 to $6,312, its highest since January 2010 Round 2.
