Cat A rose $3,366 to $81,889, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $3,301 to $93,501, its highest since August 2012 Round 1. Cat E fell $1,010 to $95,990. Cat C fell $834 to $62,201. Cat D rose $89 to $1,701.
