Cat A fell $1,090 to $91,010. Cat B fell $709 to $95,501. Cat E rose $1,788 to $97,889, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $2,949 to $57,051, its lowest since October 2012 Round 1. Cat D fell $152 to $1,781.
