Cat A rose $981 to $15,291, its highest since May 2008 Round 2. Cat B rose $1,700 to $18,501, its highest since April 2008 Round 1. Cat E rose $688 to $18,189, its highest since April 2008 Round 2. Cat C rose $522 to $17,410, its highest since April 2008 Round 2. Cat D fell $11 to $889.
