Cat A rose $889 to $73,989, its highest since March 2013 Round 1. Cat B fell $721 to $76,389. Cat E fell $198 to $76,802. Cat C rose $4,025 to $65,036, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $102 to $1,712.
