Cat A rose $1,506 to $55,200, its highest since December 2015 Round 1. Cat B rose $1,010 to $57,010, its highest since December 2015 Round 1. Cat E rose $2,290 to $57,390, its highest since December 2015 Round 2. Cat C rose $1,568 to $48,002, its highest since March 2016 Round 1. Cat D rose $1 to $6,303.
