Cat A rose $705 to $11,904, its highest since December 2005 Round 2. Cat B rose $1,001 to $13,556, its highest since November 2005 Round 2. Cat E rose $992 to $13,689, its highest since December 2005 Round 1. Cat C rose $170 to $8,600, its highest since November 2005 Round 2. Cat D rose $180 to $789, its highest since March 2005 Round 1.
