Cat A rose $2,199 to $46,989, its highest since December 2010 Round 1. Cat B rose $289 to $56,300. Cat E rose $399 to $56,889. Cat C rose $1,100 to $22,989. Cat D fell $240 to $2,013, its lowest since February 2011 Round 2.
