COE results: November 2026, Round 1
In Singapore's November 2026 Round 1 COE exercise, Cat A rose $6,997 to $139,001, Cat B rose $433 to $132,334, Cat C fell $200 to $92,000, Cat D fell $89 to $10,689, and Cat E rose $208 to $135,998.
Cat A is at its highest since at least 2002. Cat D is at its lowest since August 2026 Round 1.
