Cat A rose $1,081 to $77,304, its highest since February 2013 Round 2. Cat B rose $493 to $77,100. Cat E rose $777 to $80,000. Cat C rose $2,998 to $73,999, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $62 to $1,660.
