Cat A rose $1,495 to $14,351, its highest since November 2007 Round 2. Cat B rose $2,490 to $18,000, its highest since November 2007 Round 1. Cat E rose $3,560 to $18,670, its highest since September 2007 Round 2. Cat C rose $1,308 to $16,310, its highest since October 2002 Round 2. Cat D rose $8 to $959.
