Second bidding exercise of November 2008
Cat A fell $10,453 to $2, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat B fell $3,412 to $4,889, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat E fell $3,601 to $6,889, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $2,700 to $6,189, its lowest since August 2007 Round 1. Cat D fell $497 to $1,012, its lowest since April 2008 Round 1.
