Cat A rose $4,599 to $14,100. Cat B fell $88 to $13,301. Cat E rose $589 to $14,889. Cat C rose $1,001 to $14,890, its highest since May 2008 Round 1. Cat D rose $102 to $1,554, its highest since at least 2002.
