Cat A rose $875 to $27,564, its highest since October 2003 Round 2. Cat B rose $21 to $28,022, its highest since October 2003 Round 1. Cat E fell $231 to $28,108. Cat C rose $2,393 to $15,202, its highest since October 2002 Round 2. Cat D rose $2 to $853, its highest since at least 2002.
