Cat A rose $1,749 to $26,689, its highest since November 2003 Round 2. Cat B rose $2,943 to $28,001, its highest since October 2003 Round 1. Cat E rose $1,938 to $28,339, its highest since October 2003 Round 1. Cat C rose $4,151 to $12,809, its highest since January 2003 Round 1. Cat D rose $395 to $851, its highest since at least 2002.
