Cat A fell $450 to $23,801, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $1,998 to $24,293. Cat E fell $483 to $24,019, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $389 to $6,119, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $30 to $251.
