Cat A rose $200 to $24,001. Cat B fell $2,291 to $22,002, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat E fell $1,218 to $22,801, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $617 to $5,502, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $41 to $210.
