Cat A rose $343 to $24,940, its highest since November 2003 Round 2. Cat B fell $641 to $25,058. Cat E rose $909 to $26,401, its highest since November 2003 Round 2. Cat C rose $1,432 to $8,658, its highest since October 2003 Round 2. Cat D rose $253 to $456, its highest since July 2003 Round 1.
